Judy O'Donnell

Judy has a Masters of Education from Harvard University and has been coaching fencing and teaching mental training for 25+ years. She competed internationally and has sent students to some of the highest levels of competition. Judy has helped fencers, equestrians, and others improve their results by helping them understand and use their minds effectively.

Private Consultations and Seminars

Judy offers private mental training consultations via phone, video chat, email, or in person. She also does group seminars. Whether you are an athlete wanting to improve the mental aspects of your game, an adult wanting to get ahead in your career or life, a parent trying to provide the best support for your child, or anyone just trying to get the mind to improve instead of hinder performance, Judy can guide you along the way.

James O'Donnell

James fenced on the Div I fencing team at Princeton University, where he contributed to the team's Ivy League and NCAA championships. He has an "A" rating in epee and has coached both collegiate teammates at tournaments and students of all ages at the Iowa City Fencing Center. James has a Masters of Biology from Johns Hopkins and a lifelong interest in neuroscience and mental training.
